IBPM Mercury is based on a relational SQL model, which allows data to be identified from object fields and correlations to be reviewed.
Full case history (e.g. of customers) available to staff at any time of service.
Combined information on customer documents, contracts, owned products, complaints and all other matters.
All issues concerning e.g. a customer are registered in Mercury and available to other systems (e.g. BPM) via SOAP, Java, REST services as objects (not as a result of a SQL query).
Mercury provides multiple systems (e.g. BPM, Mobile Apps) with consistent data, e.g. customer data, whose sources may originally have been scattered across multiple systems.
del IBPM Mercury connects and inventories data based on a fixed relational model, object identification and correlations between them. In addition, it facilitates the identification and access to data, strengthens the efficiency of data processing, and accelerates reporting and, consequently, improves the work of developers.
Effective system operation
It is a database (object) management system that enables effective registration, searching, comparing and auditing of data used, among others, in process applications. It can perform the function of a data repository independent of the systems already existing in the organisation, or be an excellent supplement to BPM class systems or internally developed applications.
